Seen 22.1.92 Swannington . Leics. The truck was standing in the winter quarters of a Midlands showman , Arthur Fosset , who'd used it as a mobile shooting gallery between 1972-92 . Mechanically ok , brakes were shot though & bodywork a total joke .. all for £800 ! Photo - Dave Fawcett

Gavin's rig turned some heads when it arrived and caused a lot more to twitch when we rode on the back of it for a tour round the site on the Monday after the Babylon festival was over..this is the one that inadvertently started the 'riot' ...nothing to do with us just Eavis's security goons & him overreacting !!.. The truck it was a 6x4 10ton General Service army vehicle , originally fitted with an Albion EN257 10.45l petrol(!) engine . Gavin later sensibly sold it to a collector .!

Seen Morley Quarry . Shepshed . Leics. For several months as their bus had no engine Adam & Lee needed rigid tows from several folks . At the end of this particular journey the chassis plate holding the shackle pin onto his bus snapped off , luckily just after we'd pulled off a main road onto the next site .!

Seen 2008 Petworth . Sussex . They were trying to find a buyer for this HD23N whose EN287 engine had been removed . Eventually it found a new owner in Scotland in 2012 and the engine put back in . Photo = Ben .
